*** Check out this weird news of the day - what happens when McDonald's doesn't have what an enraged customer wants on the breakfast menu.
From Denny: Talk about someone who is deserving of the Bozo Sapien Award for stupidity. This is one of those true but bizarre news stories. Melodi Dushane of Toledo, Ohio, apparently woke up on the wrong side of her bed this morning - and in a terrible rage. It was 6:30 AM and she was at the McDonald's drive thru, hoping to get her daily fix of McDonald's chicken McNuggets.
For some reason she wasn't sharp enough to figure out that isn't a breakfast food and when the McDonald's worker informed her her fav food was not on the breakfast menu, well, Melodi went beserk. She got out of her car and cursed out the McDonald's worker. Then she got back into her car to retrieve something to smash the McDonald's drive thru window. Do you realize just how much force it takes to successfully smash a thick window like that? What drugs was this girl taking to act so weird?
The fight was on as two McDonald's employees worked hard to keep her out of the store by trying to close the window several times. That's when creepy Melodi decided to smash the window.
What's even weirder is there was a car behind Melodi in line and yet that person did nothing, not even honked at her for her aggressive behavior. Someone must have gotten her tag number because this news story contains Melodi's name.
After all that fussing and cussing and bodily harm so early in the morning, the McDonald's employees carried on business as usual - handing out breakfast to the next car in line at the drive thru. Now that's service, not to mention people who are a class act. If that didn't earn them employees of the century I don't know what would qualify. I mean, who expects to work at McDonald's and thinks they have to worry about getting attacked by some wild woman in the early morning just because chicken nuggets are not on the breakfast menu?
The video has no sound as it was taken off the security cameras at McDonald's - from the look of the camera angle and the poor video quality.
